Directions to Berry Meadow from the M4

The exact location is Latitude: 51.47903N / Longitude 3.47007W

Take Junction 35 off the M4, turning North signpost to Pencoed.

At the first roundabout turn Right signpost to St Mary’s Hotel and Golf Club.

Continue on this road underneath the motorway and past the hotel on your left.

Continue on this road for about 3.1 miles passing through a 30mph speed limit on your way – please be careful of mobile speed cameras outside the school on your right.

After the school and having passed out of the 30 and then 40mph limit, you will get to the top of a hill and a bend to the left.

Continue to the bottom of the hill and take the first turning on the Left – it’s easy to miss it and if you get to the main road you’ve gone too far.

Continue on this road until you come to the junction at Penllyn.

Turn Left and immediately Right.

Go along this road for just over half a mile down through the woods turning sharp Right at the T junction near the bottom of the steep hill.

Continue round the left hand bend in the road and Berry Meadow is the last of three houses on the left hand side.
